Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, American Express/Optima, and Discover. We use TekPass™ , a GeoTrust secure site, and all your personal and credit card information is protected with the industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not process credit card information, but use PayFlow Pro, VeriSign Payment Processing service, in order to ensure confidence and security of our customers' payment information.
Billing
You may select a subscription plan that specifically suits your needs. The payment you make will cover unlimited number of questions during the corresponding membership period, except of the pay-per-call subscription plan, which entitles you for a single support request solution.
During the registration process you will be asked to provide us with your name as it appears on your credit card, your credit card number and expiration date. Your credit card will be billed within one business day after your registration.
Under the automatic renewal plan, your membership will be automatically extended for the next period. Your credit card will be billed automatically at the end of each subscription period until you cancel your subscription.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your term subscription during the money-back period and we will refund your payment in full.
